We always choose a five year extended warranty. Comes in handy

We purchase almost all of our electronics through best buy because of the great experiences we have had for coverage of items.

Our previous refrigerator was riddled with problems from the beginning. Having the Geek Squad extended warranty has really put my mind at ease.

Geek squad protection is a great thing to him and protects you from from damage later on down the road.

It was helpful but some things aren’t covered.. but those that aren’t part of the plan can still get fixed by recommended venders

Best Buy really came through! Our Samsung fridge failed repeatedly and the 5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection got us an exchange for a new fridge to replace it! Saved us $$$$!

Wasn’t going to get, but at last minute to purchase it. Having problems with ice maker, will be fixed very soon.

I haven't had to use the geek squad for this appliance at this time. I have used them before and they were great. I know it will be the same.

The agent installed my slide in range and recommended I turn the oven on first before using it to get the factory oil and grease off of it.
