I placed an order over the phone with a Best Buy agent. He told me about the 3 year Geek Squad plan and I added it to my purchase. He knew from viewing my account I already had 2 year with my Best Buy Total membership. He didn't tell the 3 year plan started at the same time as my 2 year. Essentially, it was a waste of money.

You will be assisted with great customer service. You will be guided with useful info that you needed.

I get the protection plan almost always on all my appliances. will always buy protection plan from best buy. geek squad has always been there to help me.

I have not need to use them yet. I hear they have a good to great reputation.

GREAT YEAR PLAN FOR ME TO UTITIZE IF MY STOVE EVER GOES OUT. BUT HOPEFULLY IT WILL NOT AND IF IT DOES THIS 3 YEAR WARRANTY WILL ALLOW ME TO FEEL AT EASE AND PLEASE WITH THE SERVICE.

I purchased the 3-year warranty for my new gas range I hope that I never have to use it but it leaves a piece of mind if anything goes wrong in the first 3 years.

Definitely recommend you get the extended service on any appliances. They are great to work with.

I found this insurance to be cheap for 5 years. I had geek squat before and never had a problem and this is the reason I’m buying again.
