Who can ever predict what can happen when you are using your computer in several different settings? I never imagined that the accident that rendered my computer inoperable and unrepairable would happen, but when it did, not only did I have the assurance that the computer would be repaired if it could by the highest level of repairmanship, but that it would be replaced if for some reason it was unrepairable.

They helped me a lot. I had everything put in and it was easy to use. They showed me how to do Shortcuts so it helped out a lot. Thanks for recommend you guys to anybody.

Very good price to get what we needed. At our age, by the time this expires, Im not sure we will even be using a computer.

Extended warranty is a great option for I previously accident

This is actually worth it, in my case because in between that 1st year the computer died and they gave me a giftcard with the amount I paid to get. anew one.

I feel confident if anything happens to my laptop. That I can get a new one and not loose my work. I even bought one for my son, so he can use it for school.

I purchased a laptop which i am glad i purchased this protect plan with my purchase. I wasn't stressed or overall with the laptop once it's was damaged. I was notified through the process for the repair. the laptop wasn't going to be repaired unfortunately but i did receive a store gift card with my refund for the laptop and protection plan . Overall good buy i recommend always purchase a plan just in case

I recommend getting the warranty I paid for one and my daughter fell on ice and damaged the computer beyond repair and I was able to get another with the warranty

Great laptop when on sale, couldn't see spending full price but it plays any game I've thrown at it on high settings or better

Geek Squad is a great investment. I haven't needed to use them often, but the two times I did were good experiences.

I highly recommend that you get extra protection from Geek Squad/Best Buy for your electronics and computers including tablets. You never know what may come about with your electronics and computers and tablets. This particular protection plan is just what I needed because I had a laptop that went bad after 3 months of purchase date. They took the quality time to fix it and I saved big bucks. Don't take it for granted I highly recommend that everyone have a protection plan. Geek Squad agent is awesome and helped me throughout the repair process.
