The agent at the store The Geek Squad there they were helpful. The install Bay the guys were amazing. The repair center blamed everything but the radio. Even had the other accessories sent back and tested and they were fine. Then the radio can't go from being somewhat defective at the store to working perfectly fine at the repair center. So if I have to I will not shop Best Buy if I have to put a Geek Squad protection on anything. Because the repair center was a freaking joke.

I always protect any major device or appliance with geek squad. I'm a technically capable person, but i can't fix hardware issues and paying someone else to replace parts and pay for service can be well over what you'd pay for geek squad....

Extremely satisfied after installing in my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500. Apple Carplay is great.

This is such a small price for a peace of mind. Hopefully won't have to use it, but if we have to, Best Buy's Geek Squad is the best!

have coverage on first sub. I was able to get store credit for value of sub and i purchase another and a new plan. good stuff.

Love what it does, but lack of instrucrional manual is a real killer.

I really like Best Buy protection program. When my last car radio stop working, they fixed the problem right away.

Had it installed in my 2012 F150 and it was a complete waste of time and money. Had to spend more on install kits than on the unit and it looks and feels cheap and tacky. Absolutely does NOT fit an F150 even with the extra trim kit. The entire edge of the unit is very visible and stands out like it doesn't belong. Like the edge of the protector film is sticking up but its the glass of the unit. The graphics and color control are absolutely terrible and the colors on the screen "bleed". Good luck reading the navigation while you're trying to drive because even if the contrast doesn't get you, the entire screen glares in all light. Had to remove my CD player to install this even though that's NOT anywhere in any of the install info and the model with CD player supposedly doesn't fit my vehicle. I would have bought a combo unit if I had known that but 2.5 hrs into install wasn't exactly an awesome time to find this out. Will never buy another car stereo from Pioneer or Best Buy. (The installer was fine but there is no way this genuinely "fits" my truck period).

Can't believe bestbuy offers great warranty for stereo decks. Can't say no to that!

Works exactly as expected. Loud and heavy bass without breaking the bank.

Does not have GPS as advertised. Simply uses your cell phone's GPS.

The trouble with this product is that it keeps freezing up, it keeps dropping the Bluetooth while I’m in the middle of a call.

Bought this radio as an open box item in excellent condition. Scheduled my install appointment and had it installed to find out the radio is defective. Now I have to wait a week for them to uninstall it and return it. I wish they would do a better job inspecting open box items. Sincerely, Disappointed Customer
