was incredibly pleased with my recent Geek Squad experience. My in-store appointment was prompt, and the agent quickly took my failing Roomba for service. Even better, when it was determined that the Roomba couldn't be repaired, they immediately issued me an in-store gift card for the full original purchase price. This excellent customer service turned a frustrating situation into a positive one. I highly recommend Geek Squad for their efficient and helpful service.

Protection was easy ro use and i replaced my vacuum the same day no questions asked.

I typically get the Geek Squad coverage when I shell out a ton of cash for high-end products. Just because you pay more money for a product, doesn't mean it is going to be free from defects. I'm just expecting better performance, bells & whistles, and hope for better build quality. In some cases, like with my cell phone, what can I say, but I'm careless and I break them often. It's good to know that I have coverage in any of those cases. For me, with how fast technology changes, if a product lasts for the life of my additional coverage, then I'm happy. Once the product goes out or is obsolete, I get a new one. As for service under Geek Squad protection, it's pretty much hassle free. In terms of the cost for the additional coverage, it's very reasonable. Pro tip, if you price match with Amazon, I also include the cost for extended protection with Amazon versus BestBuy when getting my price match. BestBuy can't change the cost of the additional protection, but they can lower the price to accommodate the difference. In some cases, I get BestBuy to give me a better overall price. Show me your the best BestBuy.

What I like is that it seems to do well with picking up a lot of dirt in my carpet. It also does a good job with extracting to water from the carpet. This cleaner does well with keeping the clean water warm. It very easy to use. What I don’t like is that the dirty water reservoir is small which means there are constant trips to empty the dirty water. It also seems to force you to empty the dirty water tank when the tank does not seem to be that full. Other than that all seems to be doing well so far.

I did return my Dyson V 11 and got a new one and the return was fast and convenient and we now have our new Dyson the 11, which is awesome

I was surprised by the power. Haven't have it long but so far very happy. Easy to use. Very versatile. We cleaned couches, floors, cars and curtains. Only charged 1 time.

Never purchase an electronic item without the extra insurance, especially an item that will be used multiple times a week

I love the 5 year warranty. It gives you a free replacement battery so it pays for itself with this feature alone. This warranty is a must have in my opinion.

The protection plan was a lifesaver. My wife dropped the vacuum and broke it.We took it back to best buy key squad.They looked at it said it couldn't be fixed.And gave us a store credit immediately with no hassle.

It’s a great vacuum cleaner for my small condo! Honestly the battery lasts a good bit but I do notices sometimes I wish it lasted maybe 5 more mins but overall I love it.

Geek Squad Protection is a no-brainer… I go out of my way shop at Best Buy and sometimes pay a couple dollars more to be able to have access to the GSP service/plans. A little bit of patience and trust in Best Buy, and you will save yourself a lot of headache, and in the end, money! They care about supporting their customers and the products they protect through Geek Squad. They were able to address the issues I was having with my vacuum and when they couldn’t repair the pieces that wore down, they honored their commitment to their GSP, and replaced my Vacuum. Thank you, Best Buy/ Geek Squad. I will always get GSP and you should too!

Useful for protecting my cleaning robot appliances beyond what the manufacturer warranty covers. I have pets so it is good that it covers accidental damage.
