Haven't had to use this yet except brought our vacuum in once and they just told us to clean it better to keep the pieces from getting stuck. We buy protection for most items and have had to use it several times for replacement and its an easy process.

Honestly the best protection I’ve come across couldn’t be easier they either fix it or replace it. I’ve replaced vacuums, iPads, and appliances. When you have the protection your stress free.

Great but had to return 2 times already just minor things . Machine seemed confused not knowing where to clean. Power went out wouldn't connect back to wifi. Great extended warranty on the iRobot this is a great product however has a lot of moving parts as well as wireless functions see a need for extended warranty on this item since it is pricey and limited product warranty feel comfortable knowing it has Geek Squad support.
