    The All-In-One protection plan is a rip off on cost and limits one choices. There are no ala cartes options. If you purchase a protection plan it must come with their Web Root anti-virus, even if you already have an existing one; which increases the cost of the plan. That's not cool.

      Hi Mark. Thank you for reaching out about this. We appreciate the feedback and insight with the Geek Squad Protection. At least at this time, you have the choice of either getting protection for the hardware or software - or both. The software support side does come with Webroot and the hardware does not.     A 2 yr geek squad protection is well worth the $69 it cost in home visits included.

    They hooked up the television and did not coordinate the remote. Also they did not check the picture as the tv was defective. When I called for service, they told me it would be nearly 2 weeks. When service came out, they said it should have been replaced not serviced as it is a new television. I scheduled a replacement and no one showed up. I called and was told someone would contact me and no one did.
