Geek squad does do a great job at repairs. However trying to get ahold of someone and get something lined up is impossible at times. As long as you are patient they are a great addition to your purchase

Had an issue with TV, called in Geek squad came out to my home. Issue resolved.

This is a good protection plan for a minimal cost. The factory warranty covers very little.

I usually buy extended warranties through best buy they come in handy on product warranties

Good to know an item is covered, particulary in a home with a young kid. Never needed to use the coverage but for a large, expensive TV, it was something I wanted.
