I bought an open box tv. All my purchases at best buy are made with the 5 year warranty. Best bargain by far in this inflation climate we are Experiencing.

Ordered TV online and was ready to pick up not long after. Wish it could have been delivered but my area is out of range. Great and fast service. Greensboro. Helped load TV.

The agents came out and mounted my tv and also connected all my devices, they were very prompt and courteous!

The agents hooked up the TV and explained everything to us from turning it on to turning on Prime Video. These guys were very knowledgeable, smart, and especially patient with us and took their time to install the tv and were very neat and cleaned up after themselves including taking the box/trash with them. All I had to do was to sit down and enjoy my new TV.

I like the geek squad plans we have the five year plan for our TV. The agent who sold our TV stated it will cover any issues we have for our tv. And if the TV still has issues they will replace it with the same TV comparable to what you originally paid for it. It’s a good plan and you pay it along with buying your product one time.

We purchased this 5 year plan to accompany an Insignia 24 inch TV purchase. This TV was replacing 2 LG TVs that were in the same place that lasted a little over a year. So TV number 3 in about a 3-4 year period. The price was reasonable though and whether the old TVs were subject to a power surge or not, we felt the price of the protection plan was worth it this time even though we were purchasing $100 TVs.

When buying ANY electronics it's always good to purchase the extended accidental warranty!! Better to be safe than sorry, right?? I have spent many of Thousands of dollars through BestBuy and I've ALWAYS gotten protection plans on every product I've purchased. Lets face it, accidents happen and BestBuy has always, literally, covered ALL of my products that have had accidents and I've never had an issue with them replacing the products per the agreements! I NEVER buy something expensive (or not expensive) without an accidental plan. EVER! It's a cheap and must have option in m opinion!

I love to always get a Protection for the years cause you never know what will happen. It’s better to be safe than sorry.

They are dependable and honest. The weak spot is most everything is sent out for repairs post diagnosis that can't be repaired in house. If parts are available you'll get it done in house as soon possible. Outside with a backlog, it can mean months. Ask the Geek Squad what manufacturer of interest gives the best performance and has the least chance for return when you intend to buy. You can do that with a chat on line.
