I purchased the 5 year protection plan on a previous tv. At 4 years and 11 months, the picture started to go out. Geek Squad was fast to come out and diagnose. Unfortunately, they didn't make the part anymore to fix it, so they gave me a gift card for a comparable tv that is 5 years newer. It was a no brainer to buy this protection for my next TV.

Never known what can happen but with Geek Squad Service I know I'm covered.

TV quit after a few days. They brought out a new one and set it up for us. We bought the tv to replace one that was less than 3years old that had quit. It was a different brand and we had not purchased the extended warranty. Great piece of mind and we were real pleased with the knowledge of the Geek Squad.

Added the Insurance for $99 , Hopefully I Never Have to Use It !

They had to come several times to fix the problem with a controller and could have done a better job with education on use of item but overall they performed well on fixing my problem. THe third visit technician was very knowledgeable and permanently fixed the difficulty with the remote controller and there was no extra charge for the last two visit. If you use them don’t be afraid to call them back if not working perfect.

Customer service is absolutely horrible, especially when combined with best buy customer service. I purchased protection plan on a tv from best buy, said tv stopped working. I have been waiting on a replacement tv going on 3 months now, everytime they schedual an appointment to bring a tv and I change my daily plan to accommodate it they send a text telling me I have to reschedule. That in itself takes 20 to 30 minutes. My customer satisfaction with geek squad AND best buy is ZERO. I will not ever purchase anything from either again.

The Geek Squad was excellent, but the TV is the problem. At present, the problem has not been resolved. The Hisense H5500G 43" Android LED Smart Tv demonstrates poor picture quality. The picture is often slightly blurred or temporarily cleared. This product is not acceptable. However, it is this Tv not all of them. Apparently, there is a defect.

The protection for my tv was a good choice. So far Haven’t had to use it

The extra warranty is well worth it my tv suddenly died and with the warrant they gave me a new tv!

I was a little reluctant at 1st to spend $450 for a 5 year warranty for my Samsung - 85" Class Q70A Series QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV. After reading the customer reviews from the customers that didn’t purchase it really regretted not purchasing the warranty. I feel much more comfortable now that I purchased the warranty for my tv.

I highly recommend getting Geek Squad protection with any computer purchase, and the two year is better than just the single year, they're great to work with, and you don't have to seek out a computer specialist, and hope they know what they're doing.

Geek squad is the best. Always very helpful and friendly and eager to get the job done. Sometimes there is a bit of wait time but that is telling me they are busy because they know what they are doing and fix problems.

After wandering the Internet for a few weeks looking for the best option for a TV, I came across this unit. I was concerned after calling Samsung and them telling me that it did not support Plex. I went into the local store and was looking at another system and while talking with the guy about the TV I came in for he brought my attention back to this one. I explained that I called Samsung about the Plex issue, but he was certain that it supported Plex. So we got the one on the internet and after a quick update it loaded up Plex... I couldnt have been happier!

Great camera my daughter loves it and use it a lot something fun and different for her and lots of stuff for it.

Have not had to use yet, but Best Buy sells warranty based on sale price, not original price , so it is an INCREDIBLE value. If you buy your item on sale, open box, or Clearance, don't hesitate to make the investment in the warranty. My TV was on sale for $399 from $749 and warranty was probably of what it would have been if not onsale.

I bought the coverage for a TV. When the TV wouldn't turn on it was replaced with a new one.

We haven't had any reason to need the Geek Squad, but happy to know they will be there if we do need them.

This insurance is extremely important. After replacing another TV brand twice, I was able to replace my TV at no cost with a more reliable brand and of course, purchased insurance again as a precaution.
