The agent was amazing. He really got everything taken care of, the part that was to be installed was not the problem. He got it worked out. Got a new TV. They brought it to my house because it was over 42". And took the old one. Glad I paid for the warranty. Was worth it for sure

Well, as of this time we have not needed support by Gee Squad but expect they will provide support if we need it. TV was straight forward to set up

The five year warranty seemed like a good choice when purchasing my first Insignia brand TV. I had previously always purchased a major national brad and wanted a bit of peace of mind. I have not yet needed the warranty after just a few months but that is all going.

Purchased this for 65" LCD TV. While I normally don't purchase extended warranties, the peace of mind this provides knowing that I will have an operating TV guaranteed for 5 years is worth the small cost. I have had several large screens fail, so knowing my cost of ownership over the next five years, as compared to possibly having to purchase a new one after the one or two year warranty passes is a plus.

I had an issue with Tv called spoke with a service tech he verifed glitch and replaced it without any hassle the warranty is well worth the money

This protection is a must and adds a sense of ease when purchasing items that may fail outside of manufactures warranty. Value for the money is also good.

Having this is what saved me from having to pay for a TV that I purchased for two years that broke on its own. Geek Squad replaced my prior TV quickly and the process was simple. The best TV ever.

The geek squad was called out our vacation camping area to diagnose and solve a problem that I was having getting my newly purchased television connected up in my Airstream trailer. I don't usually buy protection plans, but I have found the plans at Best Buy are well worth the money, especially on products valued at over a hundred dollars. I have every confidence in Best Buy now that I have had the experience of needing the protection plan. They were fast, efficient and I am so glad we had protection on our products. (Cell phone, tablet, TV and Laptop) Don't leave the store without checking out the protection plan for your purchase. Safety first means coverage to protect your electronics and access to quality repairs.

Always a must hands down. Never bought a single tv witjout this and its saved me nore times than i can count

Excellent TV. This was actually an Open Box. I got an excellent deal on it from bestbuy. Didn't come with the Remote, I called LG and they shipped me one at ni extra cost

Hopefully I never have to use my geek squad protection, but I have peace of mind knowing it's there if I ever need it! I've been shopping at Best Buy as long as I can remember and they've always treated me good!

Geek squad protection at a price that was reasonable to the price of the item purchased. One of those thing you buy that you hope you never have to use. But there is peace of mind knowing it's there to protect our new TV.
