Worst customer service

Tell me to take tv in store to exchange . Take it to Best Buy store and they didn’t want to help me at all. Worst customer service rude ! Instead of telling us how they could help us they just told us there was nothing they could do! We have geek coverage.

A great idea

Marvin told me that he escalated the problem of the BROKEN ROTATING RING which was shown to me by the Installer. Marvin said that I would be contacted by Best Buy but it's been over a week and I haven't heard from anyone. RECEIVED
