Do not Live without it. Do not Live without it. Do not Live without it. It is wonderful when you need it. Never get the Geek Squad warranty on a cell phone if you have trouble they only do factory reset. Unless you break it. Everything else Geek Squad is the only way to go.

I had forgot I bought the warranty until my tv died abs I looked up when I bought it. It was 4.5 years, and Best Buy gave me zero hassles. They sent a repair person to try and fix it. When he could not, Best Buy sent the new model for the old tv.

I really don't have a basis to rate this yet as I haven't needed to use it and honestly hope I don't ever have to but am glad to have the protection if I need it.

I am the type of person that would rather play it safe and be covered than to take a chance and be surprised later. Since my knowledge is not very good on fixing things buying the protection plan gives me piece of mind that if ever I need help someone knowledgeable will be there for me.

Geek Squad came in to look at my 55" TV, diagnosed the problem in a timely manner & before i knew it I was getting a new TV. I was able to upgrade to a 65" I had a 5 year warranty on the old TV, so Best Buy delivered a new TV at my door. I also have put another 5 year warranty on my replacement TV.

Great service from Yaz T, CIA Sr. Geek squad. She very helpful in processing our store credit for our malfunctioning TV.

With my luck, as soon as manufacturing warranty ends, Geek Squad will kick in and I’ll have piece of mind. I always het a Geek Plan.

We purchased a 65 inch Sony O Led and debated over the 5 year warranty. Since the TV was expensive and had new technology, we decided to go ahead and purchase the 5 year warranty. Hopefully we won't ever need it, but we have peace of mind in case we do. No deductibles either. We feel confident in the plan.

I bought a Sharp 70 inches 3 years ago. The screen pixels started to go bad. I called Bestbuy and explained my observations. They sent out a tech to check it a day later. In two days they offered to give me another TV or comparable credit because my Sharp was no longer in stock. Am glad I spent the extra money for the additional 5 years warranty.

This gives me piece of mind for 5 years of my TV should have any issues. The price was very cost effective for the term I'm receiving. Very good deal!

Geek squad has teally good services techd and preform great chrvjs

I refuse to buy a product over $50 without this. Especially when it comes to tv’s. Most stores only give you a 3-4 year warranty. Best Buy does 5 years and if the tv is over 40”, they will come to you to service it. Can’t beat that. It might be tv’s over 50” these days. Not 100% sure on that part.

Geek squad is always excellent. I love shopping at Best Buy for their customer service.

The process takes a lil time but in the end, worth it. Just know, any tv over 50 inches requires a mandatory house visit first before they will replace it. If it's still under the factory warranty.
