I’ve always purchased a protection plan on my items. Geek squad has always been helpful and understanding and knowledgeable and a product. Very professional as well highly recommended to get a protection plan.

Electronics tend to fail at times. That's why the Geek Squad Protection is necessary when buying a new device. Great service at a great price.

Never can have enough extended warranty for electronics

I have not used this for my purchase recently, thoigh i will say my previous experiences with Geek Squad was useful to me.

Purchased a 2 yr Geek Squad, with the Hisense H8G..Haven't needed it yet, but with the Panel lottery, LED's going out etc, it's a good backstop..If you have OLED, I think this is the only extended warranty that offers protection from burn-in (vs SquareTrade and others).

I had no problem getting 5-year protection via phone. The individual was so helpful, attentive and answered all of our questions. It was the easiest purchase ever. Thank you

Haven’t needed the Geek Squad for this particular item as of yet because I’ve only had it for a month but in the past Geek Squad was worth it so I purchased it

The agent was very helpful in identifying that my old plan didn't give me the benefits that would help me save money on my current CPU issues. He refunded (pro-rated) the old plan, signed me up for the new plan and I saved $75.00 overall. Jay with Geek Squad is the bomb!

It’s worth it for the price. You will need to get the geek squad in case something happens to the TV or anything that you buy so it’s worth it.

Peace of mind after taking 5 year purchase guarantee plan. The Bestbuy offered the 5 year program for $99 which is a reasonable price.

I rarely have something go wrong with electronics, but on a fairly big purchase, like a smart TV, it makes sense, since the standard warranty can leave you without use of the device for weeks if something goes wrong. With this, I can get a replacement or repair in no time.

We are so grateful to these young fellas installing our 60"LG tv..they were very careful and polite. They make connecting all those awful wires a breeze. They were very patient with us and walked us thru installation and operating our new screen and remotes several times til both my husband and I understood. They are well worth their cost!
