Having insurance gives us some relief as the new TV we bought is in great quality and we want to make sure it can get fixed if something were to happen to it.

Haven't taken a warranty out in several years. Awesome to have just in case something goes wrong with new items.

Am very happy with how the geek squad works, they are quick to get with business' and take my device to get fixed, they are nice and very helpful

Seems like a good service. Covers most of what the manufacturer's warranty too. Not a bad price for what you should be able to get out of it.

wow i was surprise how fast they came and check my tv within weeks they had the parts set up an appointment an came to repair it i told all my friends about it an got it for a peace of mind when u buy electronics so for now on guys dont forget to ad geek squad

Haven't had to use it. Will use if need to. I know other people who have used it and said that they wre please with them.

I purchased this only because my GeeK Squad tech support would not cover the TV and I have the regular tech support for electronics and I have yet to have a problem as I have had to take my computer in 3 times and has been fixed. I figured this protection plan will be a good idea should something happen in the next 5 years.

I've used my protection plan to replace a malfunctioning TV. The Geek Squad quickly assessed the issue and recommended a replacement at no cost. I'm sold!

I love this service. It is a must have for peripherals that live around pets or kids. Best bang for your buck if you have headsets or mice dyeing every 18 months

If you’re going to get something expensive buy the protection plan it’s worth it. You may never use it but then you never know what can happen. If lighting strikes and your tv is on and it blows something out you’ll know you’ll be covered.

The Geek Squad arrived and set up our TV and paired all of the devices. They pointed out that our electric outlet wasn't a surge protected device, so they offered a 6 outlet 2 USB low profile home theater to protect our entertainment system. Thanks guys!!

I had to use this with my last TV, so I will be purchasing these going forward when I buy a new TV
