I usually don't buy extended warranties unless the product cost me some real cash and I plan on keeping it a while. I bought it for a big TV back when they were still pretty expensive and it definitely paid off. So make your own decision but I think it's worth it if the product cost enough and you plan on keeping it

When you pay that kind of money you might just as well have it warranted

Geek Squad protection is always a plus. Had an incident from the past. A defect appeared months after ownership-Item was replaced with no hassle. It is a pleasure doing business with a company that stands behind what they sell!

I honestly don't know how good their service is. I have heard good things, though. I bought extended protection in case something goes wrong with my TV, so hooefully it is good. I honestly hope i dont have to use it, lol.

I had a problem with my tv and the Chromecast that was built in it and they gave me my money back and I bought another tv that was better then the one I had the problem with, The geek squad is the best when it come to fixing things. They even have fast service.

If any Trouble come out on my new sony tv i give them call & set up appointment to check it out whatever issue.

I always recommend purchasing the geek squad warranty. The convenience of them coming out to your house instead of having to take your device to them is so convenient. No matter the item or price I always purchase extended warranty at Best Buy.

Still haven’t had a chance to use it for my recent purchase but geek squad is always reliable and useful in a time of troubleshooting your home electronics

Got this for piece of mind. Hope I don't ever have to use it but have it just incase. Why not when you spend almost $2k on a TV, you want that extra coverage
