Nice to know i have a warranty for 2 years. Last tv i had lasted a little over a year from a box store.

I always get the "extra" protection because you never know what's going to happen. I figured I couldn't go wrong with getting it (and it was such a low price). It came in handy with a previous TV purchase. I only had to pay a "small" difference in the price of the TVs (since I purchased a different one the 2nd time).

First time I've purchased the extra protection plan. After speaking with the sales associate I agreed it was a good idea and had value.

No mounting was done. Customer will do it themself.

I'm glad I have this! I'm not sure many people know of this or not but best buy warranties are one if not the only warranty that'll cover dead pixels AND burn in! I got an amazing deal on a 5-year plan and wouldn't have bought the TV without it!!!

good tv didn't put it together left the box didn't do anything

After almost 2 years, my 49' TCL TV, tilted up. Took the TV to the store and after a week they gave me the credit of the total cost of the TV because it was definately gone. I just used the credit for a new 50' TCL TV and took the 5 year guarantee. They are the best.

I always buy this protection to be safe side if any of the electronics go bad within the limited time. I once had to use it and they replaced the product with no questions.

I hope to never use it on my resent purchase, but I did use it once on my 72" tv a few years ago and it paid off. They couldn't fix the tv so they replaced it with a brand new one. So worth getting the protection for a few hundreds than losing thousands of $.

I think everyone should get this protection from the Geek Squad. They are very good and attentive to your needs. They absolutely know what they are doing and do their job well!! I am glad I got that extra protection because after 6 months my television started going and they were right there to help. Thank you Geek Squad..

My own mount saved my money from cable company they works on internet and streaming on TV
