Never not get it. got it many times cause its a must have

My LG 65" TV needed to be serviced. Polite. On time. Booties. In and out in a decent amount of time. They fixed the problem then went ahead and reprogrammed all of my devices accordingly...Thank you. I saved the big one for last...They spoke English...WELL!! and had a sence of humour.

Purchased Geek Squad for an electronic item that I purchased. I have used them in the past, and they were very professional, and very knowledgeable of the item that needed attention. I recommend with any electronic purchase.

Even though stock is limited more than it used to be, I found a comparable replacement for my TV when it had isssues. Love that the cost of extended warranties have come down over the years.

Have not used yet but wouldn’t buy the tv without purchasing

I buy this on products I care aboutZ New electronics are not warrantied as they used to be. So planning ahead for possible issues is whaf fhis warranty is all about.

I haven't had to use it yet, but I trust it, because Geek Squad has been around for a long time.

2 year service I usually do not purchase service but the cost for two years it well worth it. Not having to worry about anything happening to my Tv for 2 years.

This is something I hope I never have to use I just wish they offered to give you so credit if you never use it

When it comes to extended warranties, I appreciate that Best Buy gives you 2 options to choose from. They always back up their warranties too!! Never had an issue returning any items that became problematic... Dave R.

It's nice having a 5 year warranty on a Smart TV. You never know what can happen during that time. It's very easy for a pixel to burn out and ruin the TV experience. I always buy warranties on electronics.

I all ways have so kind of problem with my computer and they are all ways there when I call or chat on line and my problem is all ways taken care of as for the TV I have not had a problem. For the table there ways a black screen and it was not fixed so it was replaced.

Great to have the extra protection. Had to use it for my last TV-not a Sony. Got full refund and bought the Sony TV

If you buy any electronics, it is a must that you purchase the Geek Squad plans. In the event something goes wrong, you can count in Geek Squad to either repair or replace your item. This saves you a lot of money in the long run.

Purchased an LG-24" TV for child's college dorm room. She was able to call the GS to help her set up the TV. She was pleased with the information and instructions provided by the tech and they were able to get the TV set up quickly.
