I've had the Geek Squad protection ever since I bought my last PC and keep renewing it when due. I don't use it very often but it has really paid off to have it when I did need it. They always have the answer!

The warranty covers everything for 5 years! seems like a no brainer.

Always get to geek squad plan when I buy something at Best Buy. They always come through when I need them.

They helped answer all questions an used them in past if product not fixed either replaced or a full refund on gift card

75” tv purchased salesman said purchase the warranty, I asked does it cover accidental screen damage. He said yes it does! WELL IT DOESN’T and now i have no tv and out $79.99! Went to the store manager said oh well i can’t control want lies my employees say. Almost blew my gasket!!! Best Buy should be held accountable for what your employees tell us the customers!! Lies and deception to sell a protection plan and take peoples hard earned money!!!

Have always shopped at Bestbuy because of geek squad.Great service and staff .Haventbdisappointed us yet at least not at University Bestbuy in Florida.I’m confident all others won’t disappoint either. Hopefully new yearly service is just as well as monthly per item service.

I know the price is high for the protection on the purchase... But if something happens to the TV, Best Buy takes care of it... You don’t have to go through the manufacture... Highly recommend for a amount purchase.

The Agents brought my tv to the car and recommended the 5 yr service plan for the tv at $299, I know it sounds like a lot but it’s worth it as the will replace the tv at full value with a newer version if necessary.

I have been very pleased wth the protection plan I've purchased for every product I've purchased. Two tvs, two wireless speaker, refrigerator have all been replaced or credited to a gift card. The refund to the gift cards is what I didn't like, hence the four stars. I wish they would refund the credit card!

I haven't had to use geek squad for my recent product purchase but I have used them in the past. They are great.. quick and know what they are doing. It's always good to have protecting especially with technology these days. Could get you a new tv for that price !

I always purchase insurance on all my items. I love the fact that I can get to my local Best Buy and get the help asap. I've used Geek Squad and they definitely helped me with all my questions and guide me on replacements when needed.
