Geek squad great company had issues with my tv they replaced it!!!

I have been purchasing from Best Buy for years now and when it comes to high price items (e.g. TV, PC, et al), I always usually add the GSP because I know that when I have an issue, Best Buy will take care of it.

Geek squad service is an excellent way to make sure your purchases are working properly.

Free in home service for tvs that are over 45 inches. Granted manufacturers like samsung do the same thing but only for the one year that they offer their warranty for and they do not cover electric surge damage. no brainer when you are spending so much money on a television

I’ve used this twice on a TV I purchased from Best Buy 11- 2018 and had to call the geek squad 1-2019 was a little disappointed that my TV went out so quick.......issue was resolved with my protection plan glad I brought it

Have never had to use this other than once and it was prompt and effective service. Geek Squad technician knowledge levels are actually pretty good and my theory is to buy a model level down and pay for the extended warranty through this service

Purchased to go along with a 50 inch Insignia TV. Thankfully have not needed to use but it's nice knowing it's there.

My tv had pixels go out within a month - they made it right with a new tv - no hassles.

Who,are you going to call after the manufacturer warranty ends? Best Buy Geek Squad, that’s who. They are the best and will be there when/if needed.

I had a very expensive plasma screen television covered under this plan. It went out a few months ago, and Geek Squad was very helpful in attempting to repair it. The TV was never fixed, and because Best Buy no longer sells plasma screens, I was able to get store credit for the product.

I recommend Geek Squad protection to protect the product. The only negative is that I wish that Best Buy would lower the price on the plan, back to where it used to be. I almost didn't buy the plan due to the high cost.

They didnt bother questioning the problem, they just exchanged my tv based on my word. It took more than a month but it was sorted out, thankyou!

Based on everything I've read, this is the most comprehensive protection plan one can find. I'm concerned about long-term durability of my new LG OLED and this plan covers everything I'm concerned about.

My Geeks were awesome! Tyler went above and beyond in helping me when BEst Buy customer service had no idea what they were doing.

Best Buy customer service is always good, I had broken my tv and went to get one and they had an open box and the girl who helped and got me the warranty was so kind!
