Loved this tv super clear. Geek squad are always very helpful

I will be taking my TV in for service today to figure out what the solid light issue is.

Loved the service. It was quick, easy and enjoyable.

I purchased a TCL 55" HDTV and was a little worried about its ability to last for the long-term based on limited reviews more than 1-year-old. I purchased the Geek Squad protection to give me some peace of mind in case something happened in the next 5 years. I hope to never need it, but the cost was certainly worth it if the HDTV does have an issue later.

Have not had to use their service yet on new tv but have had great response when needed on computer

I can see needing this protection when the Television goes on the blink.

Havent had to use it. But i will find out because the picture on the TV is cutting out and i may need ro use this warranty.

The Geek Squad offers you valuable product protection either in person or on line. They are always accessible on line and can answer and solve many problem on line. Also, their in house service is very fast and the employees are very professional.

If you're buying high performance equipment, this is worth it. I've had several TVs and items have failures and working directly with Best Buy/Geek Squad is far faster and easier than with the manufacturer.

Tv is just the perfect size for a kids room. Picture is perfect and very vlear
