We have had this Geek protection for about a year and a half and used it just once so far.They sent someone out to check it out in a reasonable time and was a quick fix.

I got this with the dishwasher I purchased. I havent had to use it and hopefully Iwont.

Always purchase the extended warranties! Nice to have peace of mind.

The Geek warrantee is terrific. It saved me from paying for a new oven when my oven's computer panel burnt out. They tried to fix it 3 times and when that failed, they gave me a new oven!

Must have. Learnt it the hard way. Any major purchase requires Geek Squad Protection just in case. Things happen.

I have been very impressed with the geek squad coverage and have had to use it several times with previous purchases. I love the customer service behind this coverage as well!

Obviously haven’t had to use but trust that this extended warranty will cover problems if needed!

I am hoping that I don't have to use it but having this type of coverage is a peace of mind

Always purchase the extended warranty for my major appliances no matter what especially we live in smaller cities where manufacture warranty doesn't provide that much protection.

I have been trying to cancel this order since the first delivery date, via the website, my account and I have requested a call back. HELP!!!!!! What do I have to do to get this order canceled??????

I choose geek squad coverage because they have their own team of technicians. I had a small issue with the refrigerator I purchased at Best Buy and called geek squad. The issue was handled quickly and correctly. Much better than relying on LG.

Hopefully it won’t be needed, but it gives me peace of mind

Was able to get rid of my inferior whirlpool range .. Unrepairable and get my beautiful Samsung range

Bought the add on geek squad for range and microware, I like the no questions asked warranty offered by Best Buy, much better solution than fighting with manufacturer over warranty exceptions, etc

Always easy to get someone out and have had a dishwasher replaced after 4 years.

I received a confirmation email with all of my details shortly after delivery, seems to include what I had expected. Not yet needed, unable to comment on the actual process at this time.
