Very good quality tv and the 65” fit out layout nicely. Tv remote is a little slow or maybe its the UI but I use apple tv so I dont have to deal with that too much. It does have shortcut buttons for netflix, prime video and disney+ on the remote which is nice. It only has two hdmi ports which sucks for a big tv

I just bought this protection to make sure that I won’t have any headaches with my purchase during 5 years.

Purchased a new TV didn’t want the headache I recall the difficulty we had putting the other TV above the fireplace so I opted in for the geek squad protection and installation so very handy it was nice as they took the TV off the wall and put the new one up And set it up it was great well worth what I paid for it no it’s covered so on those dog toys go flying TV is covered

I can't believe after 1.5 years our TV went black. Geek squad came out. They did a wonderful job checking our TV and ordered parts. Geek Squad was kind to our dogs, house floors wearing shoe covers and especially to us the owners. Would recommend using them After the parts arrived Greek Squad came out again, Installed the parts, but TV still didn't work. Because we had Greek Squad protection warranty the purchase price was refunded by Best Buy card within 1 week.

Reasonable insurance plan for 5 years for my new TV unit

The prices could be a little more reasonable in today’s economic hardships that everyone is dealing with worldwide, but overall best spots does a great job of servicing your products when you need them I wish it was a lot more easier to get somebody in a timely man and when you need service other than that, go forward
