Bought this for my new television thought I would need it.

Good to have definitely overpriced. Wish it was cheaper. Stand behind your product

I am not a fan of purchase warranty, although best buy 2 year warranty is OK !

If i could give 0 stars I would. Purchased the warranty for my TV i bought 2 years ago. The TV got incrediby bad burn in after only 2 years. Now best Buy refuses to honor the geek squad warranty. They have me listed as receiving a refund but messed it up. Now they tell me they can't honor it and have been transferring me from department to different department for over 10 days. I have every receipt required and they still refuse to help me.

Its good incase any expenses items break or need repairs

Time will tell if this was worth the money! Haven't used!

I think this is the insurance for the tv moms fell accidentally while mopping she slipped and tv’s screen broke and insurance doesn’t cover but will be glad if she can atleast get some money of the insurance since she will no longer need it. Exp 2022

Purchased the plan just in case anything were to happen.

Wnd samsung weve purchased and rhey both have the same problem of not being able to connect after a while. Just get an LG.. this after the samsung guy tried several times to fix it.

Good to cover things bought at best buy. Helpful service.

I really enjoy that they will pick up equipment but the plan is expensive

Great deal for a TV listed as Open Box Satisfactory, unfortunately is was a No Box, No Remote, and No Stand bubble wrapped satisfactory but had to try it after driving two hours to get it.

Asked Best Buy geek squad to honor their warranty on our 350$ LG microwave and was told I have to pay to have the microwave uninstalled and give it to them for 8 weeks in order for them to fix it. They obviously want to make it so cost/time prohibitive that I just buy a new microwave. Geek squad is a scam and I will never deal with them again.

This is totally not worth it. I purchased this and had a power surge that ruined my TV and I could not get Best Buy to do anything because I wasn’t outside of the first year.

This plan is not really worth buying unless you go and buy a really cheap tv that will burn out quick. Nothing else is really repairable for free. Had to cancel mine and get a refund to put toward buying a new tv because they wouldn't fix it.
