Gsp is a must for all my products from best buy. I dont really recommend totaltech if you don’t need computer help. But if you are a frequent buyer i recommend just purchasing the geeksquad protection plan on your items. If you purchase totaltech youll be paying more for the membership every year than the plan outright for each item.

Better safe than sorry. Can't tell you how many times getting a warranty has saved me a ton of money.

The person who helped me in store was awesome he was a shift leader or something in the tv department who specializes in Samsung but is very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills, I went with a 5 year warranty since the bad TVs go bad around 3 years, excellent overall!

Best service in town you can't beat it most appliances and tvs break down after 2 year so its a must to grab a 5 year warranty and bestbuy delivers when the time is right if not tou got 1heck of a tv or appliance

I truly recommend this protection I always like to buy extra protection for the items that I buy , if you want to be with no worries just get the protection plan.

Great price and excellent picture. The 4k channels are amazing. I purchased the 5 year warranty at a reasonable price. I’ve used these warranties from Best Buy in the past and TV was replaced.

Customer service is absolutely horrible, especially when combined with best buy customer service. I purchased protection plan on a tv from best buy, said tv stopped working. I have been waiting on a replacement tv going on 3 months now, everytime they schedual an appointment to bring a tv and I change my daily plan to accommodate it they send a text telling me I have to reschedule. That in itself takes 20 to 30 minutes. My customer satisfaction with geek squad AND best buy is ZERO. I will not ever purchase anything from either again.

This service is a must have for all of your purchases. There is no haggle-they replace or give you credit immediately. I add it to all of my purchases.

With my bad luck with electronics, I felt that I had no other choice but purchase a 5 year warranty.

Purchased the 5 year protection plan from the Geek Squad. Hope we never have to use it, but it gives us peace of mind.

Geek Squad was Excellent. They were very professional and answered all our questions. They did an excellent job installing our new TV entertainment center. Dallas was awesome!

Hope I do not need to use this. But bought an open box TV and this gives me peace of mind.

The colors are unbelievable. It has built in surround sound. There are more channels and apps to count. I am very happy with this purchase.

Due to scheduling/personnel shortages/general societal chaos etc it took a full week before anyone could get out to help us. I do not blame GS in any way. Once Steve arrived everything was taken care of in minutes. The entire process was explained and all will be well in just a few hours.

Well be a great warrenty once Sansung manufacturers expires in a year.

First tv was damaged somewhere but they made it good. Delivered on schedule and unboxed and set up, great job. Very friendly and professional, efficient and very tidy. Thanks great job, I would highly recommend extended warranty. Protect your purchase
