Awesome protection plan for all electronics! Highly recommend!

Although the 5 year Geek Squad Protection Plan is up front pricey, it delivers as promised. I've replaced 2 TV's due to screen failure and have received full credit towards a replacement. The exchange doesn't occur overnight, but it happens.

Love that Firefox is in the system and I don't have to use my firestick. Sound is great. Picture is great. No compalints. I would buy it again.

I bough it because it includes damages by voltage and where I live the electricity isn’t steady

Was not too difficult to get the old TV looked at and the report submitted for review. The answer to replace came within a few hours. It was too expensive to have the Geek Squad just hang it on the wall so I choose to just have the delivery and haul away done as outlined in the warranty. However, I was never told that I was responsible for taking down the old TV from the wall. This caused over a 3 week delay in finding someone who could take the old one down and replace it with the new one. This cost me more money that I should not have spent other than installing the new one since I had the Warranty. This was on top of waiting over 3 months of getting this resolved due to the suspension of home visits.

Always buy the warranty that's what my mama says..

Definitely would suggest that 5 year warranty. Makes me feel safer with my purchase.

It’s great to have geek squad When there’s any problems with your rich days and you have warranty, they come right on the surfaces

I always purchase the extended warranty with all my products at Best Buy. Geek Squad are alway professional, prompt and very knowledgeable when dealing with the issues I have had with my products. However the best thing about the warranty is the procedure for replacing repair or just providing you with an in store credit for replacement at the cost you paid for the product if they do not have a comparable replacement.

Feel better knowing if needed can use this extra protection for my tv.

Purchased this just in case I might need it I usually don’t purchase extended warranties

I have always purchased the Geek Squad protection plans for large purchases. Thankfully I have only had to use it a couple of time, sure glad that I had it. Some people don't care to or say not purchase. I personally always feel better when I do.

Great protection, but read the fine print, there is alot of ways they can get out of covering your items
