I called the Geek Squad about a 5yr warrenty I purched when buying a new TV. Although I got transfered to several different people everyone was helpful and curtious leading to me getting the issue resolved. I recieved approvial for a new TV no cost to me. The BB team really went the EXTRA mile.

I had a 4.75 year old TV that died, it was not repairable but had a5 year service plan... Contacted BB Geek Squad, once determined status they put me in touch with a different team, in about 15 minutes they settled for the total cost of the broken TV (less service plan cost). I used that money too heavily discount the replacement TV. Very happy with the whole experience.

I have not had the necessity to use the coverage for any of the devices bought with the Geek Squad Protection.

I purchased the five year geek squad plan. Lo and behold my expensive $2000 Sony TV decided to not work one day. Called up the geek squad and they arranged to have it fixed. No hassle no extra cost. The only thing I had to do was make a phone call. Best Buy and geek squad took care of everything. I purchased a second television from Best Buy also purchased a geek squad plan for five years. It a peace of mind that your television is going to be taken care of. “One call that’s all” LOL

5 years protection plan is worth to buy. The TV I bought had a looping issue where it kept turning on and off. The Best Buy representative refunded the full amount without any hassle. Whenever I buy items from Best Buy, I will always get the protection plan. It was very easy to get my money back as store credit.
