I have a five year warranty on my tv and the technician that came out said I broke my tv by squeezing the screen and when I explained it was the Geek Squad that installed it I couldn’t of broken the screen he didn’t want to hear anything I said and left without replacing my television that messed up while I was watching it nothing hit the screen there is no cracks on the screen but it’s my fault andi am screwed out of my warranty.

Sounded like a sound investment. I know I will have a working tv for the next 5 years. Something new should be out by then and it will be time to upgrade anyhow. I hope I never have to use them

I have a 65 inch Samsung TV. There is slight line in the center where geek squad stated it is a manufacturer defect. (looks less a paper folded and opened up, can see at angle) I have had it since April of 2018, I have the 2 year extended warrantee, because the picture is clearer and you can only see the line at an angle, Best buy will not replace it. I call best buy, first the rep states yes they will replace due to Manufacturer defects, but then after speaking to geek squad, the best buy rep states *there is a clause* because there is still a good pix. The geek squad rep admits manufacturer defect, nothin done to TV but wont replace? I want to see that * clause** Less than a year old! sales rep at Best buy sells it one way, geek squad different rules. Can somebody please send me a copy of the clause

Thankfully I haven't had to use my service contract that I purchased, but I have had questions about my product and they were very helpful in answering them and helping me come to a resolution.

I didn't end up needing to use this, but it was affordable and peace of mind is definitely worthwhile in my opinion!

Very good experience so far just make sure you pay attention to auto charges

I have not had to use the warranty but I did read it. Nice to know if there are any problems with the product I buy they will replace it with the exact same item or the closest upgraded model

I have one of these from my 5 year standard geek squad protection it works fine nice picture but I can not get it to pair with logitech cordless mouse M185 or M 3255. I tried everything internet says to do to no avail.

I have always purchased protection plans after a bad experience with a television a few years ago. When making a large investment it makes sense to spend a few dollars more on protection.

Good overall. My only disappointment is that it doesn't have enough hdmi ports. It actually sucks!!

Clarity is mind blowing ! Love this TV and thinner than my phone. But be careful when unboxing cos any mistake will break your screen.
