…. but my computer isn’t finished as I’m waiting on a warranty claim on a brand new motherboard. Long story on that.. I have been using it for an xbox one my room mate had laying around. The picture and clarity is great and it certainly seems faster than the older xbox. I turned the color ip 5 and it is good, the blacks are great, and it is more than bright enough for any use I’ve had. I don’t find the glare particularly bad. I’m not really much of a TV person and didn’t own one before this (lije I said, I got it as a monitor) but I’ve enjiyed watching some stuff I would have used my phone for before. There is no crunchyroll app, but airplay was easy enough.

I recently tried this product and overall, I’m quite satisfied with it. The quality feels solid, and it performs as expected. It’s easy to use, looks good, and seems durable enough for everyday use.

I have good experiences with this extended warranty from Geek Squad, so I have piece of mind by always purchasing it. Would recommend for sure.

I almost NEVER buy the geeksquad protection, but I bought an expensive television and I made the choice to purchase the plan. Glad that I did! About 2 years after my purchase a red line randomly appreared smack down the middle of the screen. I knew it was out of warranty and at the time I had almost forgot that I purchase the plan until I checked my email. I contacted the geek squad who ultimately determined that it could not be fixed. They replaced the whole tv for no additional cost! I received a brand new television AND an updated model. I was so satisfied that I purchased the protection plan again, a two year this time, but either one is worth the money!

They deliver what they promised. I highly recommend and approve!!!

I don’t care who you are or how careful you think you can be, that extra layer of protection is top tier, for sure.

Just the right size Tv for a small apartment . NO problems love it and the price was great. Bought the 5year warrenry for 30 BUCKS CAN NT GO WRONG

Greek crew hasn't been used yet, waiting for tomorrow

Purchased this plan for myself and luckily I never needed it. However, I assisted my mother in purchasing a 65 inch 4K Samsung set the same year. She had some problems with the set several times. She called the Geek Squad at her local store and they quickly dispatched team members out to get her set sorted out. The last year of her plan, she had issues with the screen. Once again they came out but determined the set would need to be replaced. I assisted her with selection of a new set. She was more than pleased with their help and the new Sony replacement set. She received a brand new set better than the original one and even had enough credits remaining to get another 5 year plan of Geek Squad service. All of this without having to spend another penny! Geek Squad service plans are fantastic!

Love getting this kind of protection! I've always gotten protection with anything I've gotten from Best Buy and they never disappoint.

Good value and I hope I never have to use it but , there is peace of mind knowing if something happens they will take care of it.

I had to leave the laptop with the above sihce of the drivers which handles the brightness went down as well new laptop got hit with it. The geek squad were excellent and they not seen this before but they reinstalled windows on both and the ultra brigh They htness was taken care of. They are a great team .

The agent who showed up to mount my TV and connected to all my devices, was amazing! She was so patient and very kind and not only sitting up the TV and my DIRECTV remote, but she loaded the fire TV remote to my iPhone, and completely set it up for me to her satisfaction. I am a quadriplegic, and she was very understanding of my need to be able to control the television from my iPhone. She spent quite a bit of time on setting my phone up because it was apparently quite an involved process. Normally I would attempt this on my own . But I am glad she did it for me. I wholeheartedly recommend the geek squad protection to anyone making a purchase from Best Buy.

We bought this tv for a family member who is bed ridden. This TV provides exceptional viewing experience. Color is sharp and sound is great even without a sound bar. The remote is easy to use which is a blessing. The price was extremely good and of course we choice to add on the protection policy which was extremely cost effective but truly dont think we will need it. There were many add on options to view free for 30 days. A great idea to test things out and see if these things suit you. This transaction was easy and delivery was quick and on time. Samsung is the best product in this class and Best Buy has the greatest service. A very good experience.

I recently started having a screen issue with a TV I purchased from Best Buy; I had also purchased the Geek Squad Protection Plan. My TV was still within the extended Geek Squad warranty period. Honestly, I expected a major hassle trying to get my TV repaired/replaced. However, within a couple days Geek Squad determined my TV could not be repaired, offered almost the entire original purchase price, and applied it to a new TV of my choosing. The process was seamless and efficient, and I could not be happier! Needless to say, I once again purchased the Geek Squad Protection Plan for my new TV.
