Geek squad service has been great so far. They helped me out in store when I had questions.

I have used Geek Squad in the past and was happy with them. I haven’t used them lately, but feel they will be good.

The only third-party Protection Plan or Warranty offered that I know of that has protection against OLED Screen Burn. This alone made it an excellent puchase for me and allowed me the peace of mind to use my TV without the fear of permanent image retention being a factor.

I javent had to use this warranty as of yet,but i have never had any problems in past.

I found out after first purchase to add Geek. Works wonderful from home did not have to go into store for one of my devices. But did on computer problem and they solved the problem very quickly.

the geek squad was very helpful I brought in a few computers that were outdated and irreparable and they were able to retrieve my info and pictures onto a harddrive. they were friendly quick and efficient

My tv picture died just a few months before the 5 years was up. I was given an e-gift card to use toward the purchase of a new tv. The reason for only four stars is that I made multiple long phone calls to get it straightened out. It shouldn’t have taken me so long to get the credit for the covered item.

I could use a gift card for 400 bucks just for reciewing a warranty yes please

Very excellent and great work. I took in my laptop computer that was all messed up and yes they fixed the problem and it didn’t take long. If you don’t have it get it.

I haven't had to use it yet but it's good to have on standby just in case.

Technology has become so sophisticated that it isn't easy to set up a new smart tv. There are so many options that I was not sure how they would affect my tv viewing preferences. Glad i got this with a tv purchase, bought a dishwasher a few months later and got free install and haul away of old dishwasher They did send a contractod to install it, they put a screw through my counter top
