Listen, I won't buy anything electronic without some assurance I'm going to have an exit strategy for when it goes kaput. Geek Squad by far has the best plan in the industry and has saved me from having to shell out major dollars more times than I can count on one hand. Its always straight-forward. You call, tech comes out and assesses the issue. They fix it or replace it... PERIOD!

I have not needed the geek squad for this purchase and hopefully I wont but i have in the past and it was helpful.

After we finally reached the Geek Squad, things went well. We couldn't reach them by phone, but finally did online. Despite spending a long time in our home trying, they couldn't fix our 65" Samsung TV. We had lost the right side of the picture. When they left, we had no picture at all. We had purchased the 5 year service agreement and lost the picture after 2.5 years. it was replaced with a comparable TV, but we were upset that we had to buy a new service agreement, with no credit left for 2.5 years, & that was $170!

Customer service has been nothing but the best! They have been quick and helped by answering all of my questions.

Always always get the extended warranty you never know what can happen and bestbuys always come through.

I’m really not looking forward to bringing my LG OLED tv to geek squad. Because if I do that means something isn’t working properly or it broke. In the past when I did bring something to them that were very friendly And took the time to listen to your problems.

I've used this service to install my TV brackets to hang my TV and set up my surround sound. Awesome job guys.

This is a great television set and I would recommend it to anyone seeks the maximum in image quality. Samsung's nano-crystal technology allows for vibrant colors and great brightness. The TV itself has wonderful software features such as SmartHub which allows for apps including Netflix, Hulu, etc. For the gamers, this TV offers an amazing refresh rate meaning that you will be able to have an immersive gaming experience without experiencing any issues, especially with those more fast paced games.

I bought this to extend the warranty on my TCL TV, I wasn't too familiar with the brand so I didn't know what to expect. So far, the TV has been great so I haven't needed to use this. For me, it was worth the money for a little peace of mind. I would recommend this if you are buying this type of electronics.

Great picture. Liked the idea of being able to load different apps. Didn't like the fact that the memory was quickly used up after uploading a few apps. We ofteh received a message to uninstall apps to clean up the memory. Overall this is a great TV for the cost. You may need to be a little tech savvy for this one.

Im glad i got the geek squad protection im not the best with technology.

I add the GSP or GSPR plans to just about every item I buy that offers them. At worst it is like a cheap insurance plan for my new item that I don't wind up using because the item held up great. At best they are there should something go wrong and I don't have to pay the full cost of a repair or replacement out of pocket.
