Thanks to this protection plan I was able to replace it with whatever's new out there, without needing to pay an arm and a leg and just paying the difference. This protection plan saved my life, I definitely recommend considering it!

I usually never get a protection plan, but I randomly agreed to this one. Nearly two years after purchasing a TV, it broke. It took a few weeks to go through the process of replacing the TV, but that's probably more to do with current events than it is Geek Squad support's abilities. I got a full refund and used that money to upgrade the TV. I'm fully satisfied.

The Geek squad service is great. Definitely a must have when purchasing electronics.

Absolutely excellent decision as my TV needed a repair within 12months and completely replaced within 24months. WARRANTY was well worth it as the service was great and the replacement went so smoothly that we had new TV on the wall within 3days.

I bought the 5 year as many short warranty TV breaks just after warranty ends, so lets see how long this 65 will last

I had an agent come to help with some dead pixels on my TV. He was polite and efficient, giving me all of the advice I need before ultimately replacing the product. Highly recommend for peace of mind!

I Purchase Protection on every best buy item I buy, but not just any protection........ Geek Sqaud protection! They replace with equal value of a product if your not satisfied. Im always going to recommend them because every time they have done service or replacements of my products its been shown to me that they are very concerned about my satisfaction towards their service and that is the bottom line most important thing for me as a customer. 5 stars guys!

Best extended warranties in the market, response is awesome and cover all types of issues

Haven't had to use Geek Squad yet for any broken items but have purchased open box items in the past that they have certified and the items are always exactly as described so they seem to know how to rate items and what comes with and how to use a device. Geek Squad was also instrumental with getting me a refund on an installation gone bad on my dishwasher (note - Geek Squad wasn't the installer).

Perhaps the only real reason to shop at Best Buy. This plan is absolutely amazing. With how bad quality and easy to break electronics have become, I would NEVER buy an electronic without this amazing plan. It covers common manufacturer faults and accidents, what else could you wish for? Don't buy anything without this plan when shopping at Best Buy.
