This TV was exactly what I was looking for and for an amazing price. The picture and sound quality are both amazing and I am a fan of the Home Screen interface. The Samsung channels built in are great it seems they combine the channels from various free streaming TV platforms. This was a great buy and highly recommend.

Got for my TV and haven’t had to use it but it is nice to have peace of mind that if something goes wrong it will be covered

For the price is worth it take care of youre purchase since manufacturing only provides a 1 year guarantee

Peace of Mind costs. My current TV had a power surge that fried the TV. My warranty had expired ( 6 year old TV). Having the warranty gives me peace of mind that within the next 3 years I have coverage for any replacement issues.

When I purchased my new Samsung TV, I decided to pay the Geek Squad for delivery and installation. So happy I did. It did not take them much time to get everything up and working. They also reviewed and showed me all the different options that this TV has to offer. I'm not very techy, so it will take a little time to learn how to do everything quickly, but I will get there. Thank you to the (2) gentlemen from the Geek Squad for doing an amazing job and helping to understand all of its options.

You cannot go wrong with having peace of mind that if anything goes wrong with your product that it will be fixed or replaced. I have not had to use Geek Squad as of yet and hopefully I never will. One thing I did hear about the Geek Squad Protection is that replacement value of purchase goes down every year. For example if i purchased a $1000 tv and a 5 year warranty and after 3 years I start having problem and they cannot fix it and have to replace it. I will only get a credit of $400 towards a new Tv. I don't know how true that is but I did hear that from a BB employee.

The agent I talked to was very helpful and took care of everything. I was very happy to find I was actually able to get a new replacement TV at no cost. I only had to purchase a new Geek Squad protection plan.

I got this protection for my first tv, when it broke and could not be repaired. A $799.99 They gave me my choice of a new tv of the same amount of money. So, when I got my new TV, I took the same Protection on my new tv. A very good deal.

Haven't need this so far but I get it just incase my games have issues.

Added this to help my mom out. Super cool that tvs over 45 inches, they come to you. So you don’t have to lug around the tv

I had bought TCL tv in a black friday deal. So, i bought the Geek Squad 2 years protection for the same.I received excellent customer service from Geek Squad during the installation of my TV. I was having trouble getting my iPhone to connect to my TV.
