Good for replacement! If you buy a TV, I definitely suggest getting this service!

I didn’t use the geek service for my installation of my tv.

Got this for TV protection. Peace of Mind for next 5 year.

Unfortunately, I am unable to attest to the current contractual services re: 2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection. I have not used it yet. However, in the past I have never had a problem repairing or replacing products using the Geek Squad protection plans.

I purchased the monitor and it was broken as to wear you couldn’t see it until the monitor was turned on. I didn’t really need my warranty because it was a new purchase however I did my return and replacement through Geek squad and they were polite and helpful

As electronics get more and more complicated and how susceptible they are to conditions it give me peace of mind. I recently had a 50" TV repaired in home by Geek Squad on the plan. They were quick, efficient, and fixed the issue. Without this plan I would have been out an expensive TV after only 2 years. I don't get this on everything I buy. But I buy it on a lot of electronics. I don't always use it. But without it I would have been out more money than the plans cost me.

I love to always get a Protection for the years cause you never know what will happen. It’s better to be safe than sorry.

I got a 5 year extended warranty for my Vizio TV. Recently had to have Geek squad come to my house. They replaced my TV with a new Vizio TVbecause of cost to repair it. I took my old Vizio TV to the nearest Best Buy and they exchanged for my New Vizio TV. With no hassles or problems. The agent who came to my house was freindly and new what he was doing. I woyld recomend that anyone buying electronics at Best Buy get a Geek squad warranty.

Worth having for peace of mind, however with my PS5 purchase experienced the worst of the worst. Had a PS5 failure within three months of the purchase, and because stock is extremely limited the benefit's do not apply. There are no consoles in store to replace them with so you end up relying on the manufacturer to take care of you. Worth buying for items in store, not so much with PS5

Geek squad has been awesome not only did they accepted to take a look at my TV once they found the problem and we're unable to fix it they were very truthful and kind to refund me what I had pay for the television. I was eskeptical in regards to their service but they are amazing.

The sales representatives were very helpful and the checkout time was very good and the customer services was good also.

Always buy the warranty people, always a safe bet and have had no problems with it

BUY THE PROTECTION. Every single time I have purchased it, it has saved me. Multiple TVs have gone out and my Dyson vacuum.. they literally refund you your entire purchase amount to a gift card to buy a new one. If they’re able to fix it, they’ll come to you and fix it. SO BEYOND WORTH IT.

There is a lot of comfort in knowing that there is someone available should you need any help at all. From the major problems to the minor questions, there is peace of mind knowing there is someone you can turn to for assurance and peace of mind.

Some times these are a must to have these days. Bought this protection for our second dehumidifier. The first one died a few days after the factory warranty was over. You get a store credit for what you originally paid for the original so you can get a new one.
