Geek squad is great especially for people who need.

Always get the protection if ur TV is over $1000. I bought the 5 year warranty on my old Sony tv. It broke 4 years 7 months in the warranty and they offered to give the same model for the new year or $870 towards new tv. It was definitely worth the money. BTW I paid $1000 for the old tv.

Always gotta be sure to get yourself some protection

The Geek Squad got the Bravia 75" UHD TV up the stairs to my 600 sq ft loft area with no problems and put things together with no problems. I had the TV for about a week with no problems except for setting up and installing apps. Hardware wise the clock has started and we'll see where things go from this point...

I always get my best buy products with extra warranty insurance. Have never had any issues with warranty work. Couple of years back I bought a refrigerator and the ice maker was repaired 3 times. After the fourth time the ice maker broke best buy lemoned the refrigerator and worked up the paper work then told me to pick out a new refrigerator with store credit of the original cost of the faulty lemonade refrigerator. Great investment.

Excellent price for 5 years of protection against any situation

Recommend getting a protection plan for TV with todays disposable TVs. Twice I was in my warranty period and BB replaced my TV for free with a new TV.

Bought the protection plan with my TV back in 2017. The picture on the TV started to go with only a couple months left on the protection plan. Contacted GeekSquad and they diagnosed the issue and replaced my TV. I got credited for the TV I bought in 2017 and they waved the delivery and haul away charges, which allowed me to afford to upgrade my TV because all I had to pay was the difference. Highly recommended.

So glad I bought this insurance as the next day I needed to call as the TV was having issues. They immediately replaced it without any problem arising, quick and efficient.

I had a tv that the screen went black shortly after my warranty expired. Thankfully I bought this insurance. When repairs were not possible my tv was replaced with a new one. Best Buy service was great and made the entire process a breeze.

It was the day before thanksgiving and I turned my tv on and the screen was white. I had only owned it for 13 months. I unplugged it and tried to turn it on and it wouldn’t work. I looked up the number for geek squad and spoke with a really nice person. They replaced my tv for free I just had to repurchase the geek squad for my new tv because it wouldn’t transfer over.

Our first TV has multiple programs; Best Buy told us we could return it and come in and choose a new TV. TV problems was NOT Best Buy fault. Just one of those Lemons you can get from time to time. They sent Jonathan to our Home from the Geek Squad. We were very satisfied with his Service. Very thorough in explaining operation of our new TV. Feeling confident with the operating of our TV was his Top Priority. (They also take back the other TV that had problems). Best Buy is the place to buy any Electronics because of their Sales People and the Geek Squad, they are all very well trained.

Protection plan for 5 years find it great option, you never know what could happen. Used it before in other articles and they act fast.
