I came in price checking a tv and after Dean helped me, i left with a 85” Sony! Good tv so far! Dean has excellent customer service & is very polite & professional!! I will look for Dean to help me if needed when i go back!

I can't remember what I bought this for but we haven't needed to use it. I'm sure it would have come in handy if something happrned to our purchase.

The TV was a lot bigger than I expected!! I love the screen size and how loud it can get and how bright it is. The only reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars is because it’s sometimes slow. Perfect for my BF’s gaming TV!!

Cant take the chance just go with the Squad iv always had issues in the past with returns and geek squad takes care of everything no hassle

In 5 years time this tv could go out! Nothing is built to last anymore!

When I purchased my LG TV from Best Buy, I was more than pleased to find the excellent service contract that was available, and for such an affordable price. That made my purchase all the more fantastic, knowing that any maintenance I might need in the future would be handled by experienced Best Buy service techs. Thanks, Best Buy! You Rock!

Had no real issues with the TV except for a very occasional mute effect. I would need to turn it off and on again. I had bought a warranty for it and BB came through

Probably the best protection plan out here. Every chance I get I try to get one. Best plan I seen so far , I think if you are buying anything at Best Buy you have to get the plan

I didn't use the geek squad for this item, although I have heard so many good things about them and thier prompt services.I would definitely use them.

Purchased a new TV. After 1 year, it had problems. Took it in to the nearest BestBuy and the had it fixed and ready for pick-up within the time they quoted on repair. Very happy with the service! They made sure everything was taken care of and the TV was working as if it were brand new.

When offered, get the protection plan. You never know whether or not your purchased item is going to be the one that fails. Get the protection plan. It's worth it to relieve any product failure headaches you may encounter.

Excellent service & very happy with the outcome of my questions.

It is a must unless you are a computer guru yourself. I have used them multiple times fir some minor glitches with new computer. They are available if you call at less busy times of the day and know what they are doing to get your computer running as it should again.

We hope to not have to use this service but is nice to have it available. We feel like it will be good protection on the procduct and good comfort to know we have it.

I think the Geek Squad protection plan is really good to have. They always resolve any and all your issues or problems you may have. They always give good quality service. Geek Squad is the best protection plan for any and all electronics in general worth paying for and having it.

The Agents are Fantastic. They go above and beyond to assist with any questions or problems. They have always solved my problems. I can not say enough about their knowledge. They never give up. They work until the problem is solved. THANK YOU TO ALL THE GEEK SQUAD AGENTS!!!!!

Always get the protection plan. It’s worth it because you never know with how stuff is built these days
