Geek squad is great ! why would'nt you get this for your purchases. We ve used it 2x on particular products and Best Buy was amazing.

I always get this protection on my big ticket items! It’s a must and I do know the Few times ( hasn’t been many) that they never give you any hassles about fixing or replacing. It’s a great deal!!

I have been a long time Best Buy customer, all my electronics are from there and now a major appliance. The Best Buy protection plan has provided ease of mind that a failed unit is quickly repaired or replaced. They help every step along the way without unexpected loopholes. One word "Dependable"!!

I think all major purchases should have a warranty on them. I never buy without one.

Love theprotection plan. Just dont like that they use third parties and easy process may get complicated if many involved

Delivery was good and delivery guys were friendly and haul off was good as well

excellent product plenty of space inside, the only bad thing is that the bottom door almost reaches the ground and hits your foot if you are too close.

I purchased this agreement, and hope not to have to use it. Seems to be a good deal, still hope that I do not need to use it, hope that the refrigerator last a lot longer than the warranty and is pro long warranty thank you.

It is a good thing to have. The protect plan replace an major appliance I had only two years. I just purchased another 5 year protection plan on the replacement major appliance. Highly recommend a person to purchase one.

I recommend purchasing the Geek Squad service with any electronic products because all of these items have electronic components and setup that their expertise can assist with getting things up and rolling.

Haven’t had to use this yet, but with our track record associated with fridges it felt like a smart option. Hopefully we won’t have any issues when and if we need to use this. Best Buy usually is reliable when it comes to this service.

I always apply Geek Squad protection to expensive electronic purchases, cause you never know. Plus, depending on product, you can easily exchange in store versus other protection plans were they use a 3rd party!

I always buy the warranty, because it doesn't cost us a dime if the unit fails. Our Best Buy store, always is willing to send someone out asap to get something fixed or replaced the first time around. We've been with Best Buy since they opened their first store in WI. That's over 30 years so far.

The Samsung refrigerator is amazing. The black stainless color complements my kitchen. And the agents that delivered it to our home were polite, knowledgeable and completely professional. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I am so glad I bought the Geek Squad Protection plan. My LG side by side refrigerator went out after 30 months and they completely replaced the product.
