I have yet to use my warranty but I love what the plans comes with

When you spend money on something, you need the protection plan. So when we bought our new Samsung stove we knew we needed the plan.

Geek squad team is very knowledgeable and the time line for appointment in house is a bit delayed may be due to the holiday and COVID -19

We purchased the 3 year plan because this is a major appliance in our kitchen and used everyday. The cost overrides the call to BB to get it fixed or replaced if their is a issue.

Service is great! Geek squad solved my problem and I was satisfied.

No questions asked I needed this protection plan. I feel confident that for the next five years I’m covered. Fully recommend.

It’s a nice refrigerator, but does not have the room like my previous one.

It is more money up front, but if something goes wrong (regardless of brand it could) its worth the peace of mind

Always get your protect! I recommend getting it on any and all appliances! If your uncertain weither to get it or not ask there option!

but if I do, i hope the claim is as smooth as the overall new dishwasher purchase experience went. The warranty was reasonably priced for 5 years, significantly cheaper than at Sears.

When we bought this refrigerator from a floor model, we took out the protection plan with it and have been completely happy with it.

With as much trouble as we've had with dishwashers, we figured this would be a good purchase. Hopefully we don't have to use it.

The delivery team was great! Very knowledgeable and explained some features as well. Very quick installation and take away.

Poor quality. Knobs broke off and stainless steal started to peel. Samsung will not be of help unless you pay over $200 just to tell you it needs repair . Po

I had to get this. My last appliance from best buy broke right after the manufacturer warantee expired so I had to buy a new one. This will hopefully protect me longer.
