I love Best Buy warranties because they are great whether it’s for an appliance, flat screen TV, or computers. I have purchased these items and warranties over many years.

Rather have the warranty so I can feel better about my larger purchase

Got my 5yrs warranty purchase. My first LG refrigerator stopped working just before the warranty ended. Called Best Buy repair service came to house. Refrigerator serviceman decided i need a new refrigerator and that's what I got.

When buying appliances it is recommended to buy an extended warranty on the product especially when you are putting the appliances into rental units. Renter are usually P IGs and don't care about using an appliances that they do not own. Just a thought

It stands to reason with any new appliance you need a Geek Squad warranty with all the electronics and high tech that can go awry (it’s no longer your reliable appliances of yesteryear). Do yourself a huge favor and get one!

I actually would have given this refrigerator 5 stars but it just didnt fit my family's needs. It is a great fridge for the price.

We love the fridge but realized it does not have enough storage. We actually had to purchase some storage containers which do work really well… otherwise we do love the fridge

Well I am not one to normally buy the extended warranty but this one really worked out. We bought a fridge and the power went out. After that it never really worked perfectly and after calling the service department took care of everything. No charge replacement!

I am not computer savvy. For years I have relied on the Geek Squad to keep my computer working properly. I some times try to fix something on my computer but when I can't I know that the Geek Squad can.

I have not needed them to come to my house yet but i heard from other people i know and they said they did a really great job. Right now I've been lucky and i have not needed them to come to my house yet. I guess I've been lucky but I have to give them 5 stars from what i heard from others.

I purchased my old fridge and didn't get the warranty never happening again longest 5 years of my life. Was happy with the price for the 5 years so had to protect the new family member

Installed my refrigerator. It was not easy to get it into the house. But they were willing to trouble shoot when necessary.

Excellent customer service as always the geek squad is the best

Love how easy to clean and spacious shelfs. Only rhing i dont like is the slow ice dispenser and small capacity. Keeps food cold and plenty of room

Excellent service was provided by the company. They took care of all the technical and space related matters.

Cant really say much about this besides, Im glad that I have extra coverage to give me a piece of mind if something does go wrong.
