Needed to have two TVs mounted. Very professional and accommodating!

Paid to get mount installed. Was worth it. Included installation of in-wall adapter to run cables behind the wall for a cleaner look. Note that wall studs may interfere with running cables. Was ok in my case. Recommend the service if you do not want to do it yourself.

Installed properly, but they did not hook up surround sound because it was not on the work order. Not sure I received $160 worth of installation, but I was able to take 2 minutes to hook up speaker cables myself and system works great.

However, they asked if I had an extension cord. I went and got one for them. But, after they left, I saw that they had mounted the white cord on the brick wall on which the tv is mounted. If I had known why they wanted a cord, I would surely have brought a brown one that would not have been so obvious on a brick wall. Now I am faced with finding some way to color it so that is not what you see first when you look at the tv.

This came with the total tech, so I decided to have it installed, rather than DIY. I am glad I did. After some confusion about the timimg, the tech who came out and did the installation did a great job. He was pleasant, and did the job well.

It all starts with Zack who is more than attentive when it comes to what I am trying to accomplish. Once he gets done BJ installs and makes it come together perfectly. The ONLY reason why I do all my business at Best Buy is because of Zack and BJ (Blair). Never ever let them get away, they are the best!

The Geek Squad installation of my new TV was quick.

The Geeksquad staff removed my old tv, and mounted the new tv with a a sound bar. Showed up early, no issues with install. I would would recommend the service.
