The agents were very professional and mounted my tv quickly.

The agents efficiently removed the 65" TV and Soundbar from the boxes they were shipped in and adeptly mounted them onto the brackets and other hardware that had been separately purchased. Their professional work enabled me to begin viewing my TV programs within an hour of their arrival.

Jordan Bradford properly connected the sound bar to the TV, downloaded the necessary applications in the phones to have the system set up and powered. Jordan also completed the setting up of the TV with the Apple TV Box and left it properly working as well in the TV

Great installation service. I would definitely recommend it.

but was surprised that hanging it up over my fire place was a $200. charge. over the Premium install I paid $49.99 for.(reduced for having Total Tech.) Reg. price for install was $149.99 But the techs was very expert at what they do. Had it up in a hour, that included moving my bracket up for the bigger 65" tv.

Installers were professional and assisted in making sure all cables were routed and installed correctly to all connected devices.

The Geek Squad guys were great. They were efficient, polite, very helpful and they left me with no questions about my new equipment. They set up my new TV and sound equipment, then set up my old TV in our bedroom, made sure everything worked properly and made all of the adjustments.

On two different occasions the Geek Squad have mounted and installed my televisions. They are knowledgeable and gifted problem solvers who are also handy with their tools. They courteously listened to my concerns and patiently helped me get everything set up correctly and the way I wanted it to be.

So very pleased with Grant and James. They are my go-to geek squad guys. They do an excellent service, explain everything as they're doing it and answer all questions that you may have. Grant has connected three of my TVs and is definitely my go-to guy. Most excellent customer service.

They did an exceptional job! He even taught us how to use the TV features on our other TV that we purchased from Best Buy a few months ago as well as this new TV. They were very friendly, wore the appropriate PPE and observed the social distancing. The install went quickly and we are extremely satisfied.
