Professional guys and very knowledgeable- good service

crew knew what they were doing and handled job quickly

I had a difficult mounting job. I have a cut-out where my TV is supposed to go above my fireplace. I found the right mount but the install was still complicated by the presence of multiple outlets. The techs handled it in stride and resolved it in a reasonable, if not impressive, amount of time.

Fred and his assistant were great. They installed everything correctly. Unfortunately, the mount recommended by the store staff won't support the tv. The tv droops on it's face. Returning the mount and will have Fred come out and reinstall the tv.

The Geek squad men came when they said they would. The setup was nice, and they made sure everything was done properly. After the TV was up and "running" their explanation of all the items that are available was fully explain to me. I am happy with the purchase and the installation.

The agents minutes my TV and reconnected all the other devices. Left the area clean.

Mounting was easy once the extended arm was in place

Purchased tv, sound bar, and hook up accessories and paid to have Geek Squad install. Most professional, polite, and knowledgeable customer service I’ve ever received. “Tommy” lead on the squad that day, was fabulous! He is a complete asset for BestBuy and the image they should project to their customers.

The TV stand that was originally mounted did not work out for our TV. So the agents did a re-do and disassembled the TV stand quickly, so that we can return it to the store for a refund. The agents have done a great job every time they have been to my house to install TV equipment, etc.

The tech was pleasant and knowledgeable. However the placement of brackets blocked an outlet which caused cable hook up difficult

The guys were friendly and punctual. They know what they’re doing and were sure to clean up any debris afterward. It’s just a little pricey for the time it took to install.

Geek squad mounted two TVs for me and did a great job!

The geek Team did an excellent job of installing the new TV and helped us to configure the profile for the remote control. Very professional and courteous. Excellent!!!!!

The new tv and sound bar were set up flawlessly. Justin and Nathan were great! They were very patient with our questions regarding the new technology. We learned a lot.

The agent was fantastic. He went through all the mounting and connection processes with me and stayed long enough to ensure our television was online as well as hooked up to our cable provider. Any problems encountered were immediately and permanently corrected.

They installed the tv and disposed of the box for me.

The guys who came out did a great job. Normally I would do this myself. But opted to have it professionally done and it was well worth it.
