The actual installation went OK. However the whole process was very frustrating leading up to that. I had made an appointment (soonest available time was 3-4 wks our) that somehow dropped out of the system. When I got the email notification I called and asked about it, to which they told me they didn’t know why and that I would have to reschedule another appointment, which ended up having to be an even later date. The time window was noon-8pm. I told them that because of this change, I would be back at work by that date so it would have to be 3:30 or later as I wasn’t going to take off work for it now, so she told me she was putting that in the notes. Then, the night before, I get a message stating they would be here between 11-2. I called him back explaining that wouldn’t work, to which he initially replied that he wouldn’t come at 3:30 because he would then get home too late. Finally after explaining my frustration with everything leading up to this, he agreed to come at that time after all. Once they came to do the actual installation, everything went fine and took no more than 20 minutes.

The agents did a great job. They mounted the TV and sound bar, answering all of my questions. Stephen explained how everything worked, how I flipped back-and-forth between XFinity and Apple TV while Don answered moms questions. They were a great team.

I had Best Buy install my new big screen tv as I was unable to procure the help needed to do it myself. It was clear that the installers had plenty of experience in this area. They did a great job and offered insights as to where I could get info regarding the usage of my new smart tv and it's features.

The guys were great & professional. My only complaint is that they didn’t leave the paperwork from my tv or soundbar! I hate having to try to look this stuff up on a computer while simultaneously trying to figure out how to do something with the tv, etc. Very disappointed & frustrated as I waited 3 weeks for them to show up at all.

Mounted a TV in our outdoor room. This was something that we could not have done ourselves. They thought of every detail (hiding cords, etc. ) that we hadn’t thought of. The best service!
