We have had Geek Squad Directly and their 3rd party installing several items, including TV mountings and Security camera set ups. We will Only have Geek Squad Directly, as with experience now with both have shown us that the 3rd party technicians are Not qualified and inexperienced, waste of time and money.

They did a very professional job and were quality people

The TV connect and setup were Very Professionally done.

The agents were very professional and easy to work with. Made sure existing soundbar was working with the new tv. I would recommend their service to anyone.

The Geek Squad Agent, I believe named Tyler, was efficient, knowledgeable and mounted the TV exactly where we wanted it. He explained the TV to us and connected everything back up including the surround sound.

The Geek Squad installed my Rocketfish device in the location I defined for them. The device is ideal for the 65" TV. The Squad hooked the TV to cable and provided me instruction on how to use the remote controls. They deserve a score of 10/10!

TV delivery and setup were very good. He was professional, knowledgeable, quick, and very helpful.

The agents did a great job removing the old and hanging the new TV. Made sure everything was working properly and looked how it did when they arrived. They were respectful of our home and removed all debris.

The Agents arrived in timely manner, Installed my new television on existing mount and showed me most of the new TV's functionality. They even assisted me with another issue (covered under my Total Tech agreement).
