My Geek squad visit was so professional. I received reminders and requests to prepare for the visit. When the techs arrived they were very knowledgeable and got the job completed including setup.

All went smoothly and the guys were very efficient.

Danie was the greatest. He was neat, clean, very respectful of my home. Got the job done quickly. Showed me how the bracket worked. Set up my TV. Showed me how to use the remote. He even removed all trash. It was genuinely a A++++ experience.

The 2 gentleman who came notified when they were coming, did a great job on the installation. They helped after to show me how to use the tv and cleaned up after. The were very nice guys.

The guys who installed our TV were professional, cleaned up, and made it look easy.

The agent installed my new tv and made sure it was connected to our surround system, I-pad and laptop. He was very knowledgeable and when the mounting hardware was not compatible with the existing bracket, he made sure he secured the proper pieces to make it right. Great support and fantastic customer service!

I have 75” Samsung 8k TV. The display is quite delicate. The guys who took care of job handled it well carefully and mounted it exactly as i wanted. Would definitely recommend this service.

The team that came to mount my TVs were outstanding. They took the time not only to mount the TVs but to carefully and neatly wrap up my cables behind the cabinets so I didn’t have a wild cable jungle back there. They were very personable and friendly throughout the visit.

Although the team did mount the large TV and connected the bluetooth speakers, I was charged an additional $50 for the speaker. I was told that the connection of the speakers would cost an additional $50. When I called the Geek Squad, I did tell the person whom I spoke with that I had a large TV, two speakers, and the same additional items that I had the Geek Squad connect when I moved into a home in Nevada. The Orlando Geek Squad team told me that the additional items were not listed on the order and I would have to pay more for those also. I declined. The new CEO, whom I understand was the CFO, has certainly changed things and I will be closing my membership with the Geek Squad.

Was my first time using Geek Squad for anything and I was impressed by their clean and professional service! Very very happy with everything! They answered questions and took their time. Everything is perfect! AND it was cheaper then my local AV guy who was nickel and diming me on everything... I highly recommend Buest Buys Geek Squad

The two young men that came out to assemble my purchase item were so respectful, and kind I would want them to come back and assemble every purchase I have with Best Buy

I purchased the package for the first time, I am recovering from surgery and am very limited and could not have done the install myself. The team was more than worth the costs and I bought the full service plan. We will see how much more value it presents over time but I don’t think I will have any regrets.

Great job mounting the 75-inch TV but they didn't do a good job cleaning up after themselves. The lady I spoke to on the phone to book the service said the wiring would be covered and it was not, and cables would be run to the box, again not the case. Trash was not hauled away. A little pricy for the service you end up receiving. Did not get hooked up to Xfinity by the Geek Squad, Xfinity had to come back out to set it up which cost me another $75 service call.

Main guy was very respectful and knowledgeable about the TV - Helper guy was having a little trouble with the screwdriver! Low rating is because they got some of the cords tangled in the arms of the mount which precluded the TV from being precisely adjusted on the wall. Discovered after they left. I was able to partially adjust the cords myself to mostly correct the situation but if I want full mount functionality, I will need them to come back out to correct the situation. They should have checked behind the TV and for full mount functionality before they left. Also, they didn't explain to me before they mounted the TV the limitations I had on how high I could hang the TV on my existing over the fireplace mount given the existing mount and the TV bracket hole connections. They offered no solutions to deal with the issue.
