The guys did a great job and were very pleasant. They set everything up the way I wanted it and everything worked.

The two geek squad representatives that came to my house were the best. They were so professional and helpful. I want them to install my next purchase and all future purchases Could not be happier.

The agents mounted the tv and set up the sound system comprising a Marantz pre- amp/amp, a pair of bookshelf speakers and a center speaker. This comprised choosing the best combination of audio equipment I had

1st group of techs came out mounted TV and didnt mount soundbar which I paid extra for, They stated I was better off placing soundbar on top of ent center since there was going to be little clearance they also left TV crooked ( i wasnt there instead I had an over 18 year old adult there to let them in), 2nd group came out and said that the 1st team of techs probably didnt install sound bar because I needed a better mount so they suggested which one to buy, they pried off the newly installed socket in wall and they tried to clean up routing of cables and wires even hauled my TV box for me, 3rd group of techs came over was able to mount sound bar, straightened out the TV but said that they couldnt run wires behind wall because previous team had snapped off tabs for the $79 outlet that I paid for. No one from Best Buy has returned my call since. The geek squad jobs get outsourced to contractors and no real QC from Geek Squad/ Best Buy. If you call or need something you better have a plethora of time to ait on hold and to try and get through geek squads customer service lime. Highly dissapointed!

The Geek Squad was prompt, friendly, and skilled in mounting my TV. I should have asked for more help in understanding and using the remote.

This was installation of a present television. "Because of it's age (10 years) it required a special wall mount. It took some time to order and get the correct mount, However, once it finally arrived, the installation was done very professionally. Aaron was extremely helpful, neat and polite. I was very pleased with his service.

The agents came on time and mounted my samsung 43" tv on the wall. The workmanship was awesome and after the work they cleared the debris and shipping package. I will definitely recommend the Geek Squad.

The Geek squad worked diligently to remove our old TV and install our new Sony. The limited space for the TV was somewhat of an issue but the team members overcame the obstacles they faced and successfully mounted our new Sony. It is evident that the Geek Squad service is exceptional.

My new T.V. was delivered and installed perfectly.They used the old mount and were meticulouse in their work.My question is some installations are much simpler than others so the installation costs should be made as to the difficulty not an established 199.99
