The agents mounted and connected our 86" TV in a timely manner, explained all of the basic to us and made sure we were comfortable using the Remotes before leaving us along. We truly appreciate the care, concern and professionalism given to us. Our rating is a "5."

The two technicians were very careful with handling, unpacking my new 50" TV. They mounted the TV on the wall and cleaned up the entire area. I am very happy with their professionalism.

After finally getting the appointment finalized things went well. They were calling my dad in Connecticut instead of me in California. After the first missed appointment everything was taken care of. It was smooth and quick.

The geek squad did the install and did a good job. I coould not give them a higher rating because they knocked the dvd playerss cable into th wall and couldnt fish it out.
