The agents mounting the TV were exceptionally good. Very knowledgeable and courteous. They explained very thoroughly how to use the TV. I recommend these guys to anyone considering installing a big TV>

BB delivered and installed TV on date promised. TV wired up and tested and we were given basic operating instructions. No problems. All agents were friendly and courteous, answered all questions asked, and left our home clean. Good service!!!

I can hang the TV myself, but with such a big screen, it was easier for me to just pay for Geek Squad to do it.

He went above and beyond to assure everything was done correctly and that my TV and sound system were both operating correctly. I’m very grateful he took the time to be so thorough because the subwoofer was not connecting and no sound was coming from it. The agents were very courteous and professional.

The Geek Squad Agent Zachariah was fantastic on setting up my television and also pairing my sound bar too. Very friendly and acted in a professional manner. He also removed my old television for recycling.

Fernando and Andrew did a great job of making sure the TV was properly mounted on the wall, and they offered excellent advice on the best gear to go with it. A pleasure to work with!

The two gentlemen that came to install my television were awesome. They were very professional and worked swiftly. The area they had to install it was a little difficult but, they managed it well. I had a very good experience and plan to use this service again very soon!

I made the mistake of getting a TV delivered and it arrived with a cracked screen that was not discovered until it had been mounted (by someone else). Best Buy replaced the TV, delivered it and mounted it. After telling me they were going to have to charge me, I instead got a refund. This is why I will always go to them first!

Technicians were professional and respectful. They did a beautiful job mounting the TV. The TV was mounted less than a month ago and I have lost the screen on the TV twice. The screen says to check the power connections. The first time it happened I shut the TV and started it again by pressing the power button. The second time it happened I had to reboot the TV. If this occurs again I will make an appointment for the Geek Squad to correct.

We moved and paid to have the Geek Squad come and reinstall our large screen TV and other associated electronics. They also delivered a small bedroom size TV. They were very competent and did a very good and thorough job.

Folks came in, labor divided, two guys each doing something else... one secured cords, one mounted things to the wall. Quick work!

The Geek Squad that came to our home did a fantastic job of replacing our TV mount and then doing the complete install of our 75" TV. The TV had already been sent here, so the entire project took a little over an hour, and they took all the boxes, etc with them. Great Job !!!!!

The Geek Squad technician quickly diagnosed the issue. He also arrived early so I didn't need to wait for a long time before he came. I was disappointed only in my Samsung TV, which didn't have enough HDMI ports to accommodate my Amazon Fire.

The two representatives did an excellent job mounting the TV and showing us how to navigate the software. They were patient in showing a couple of old geezers how to operate a smart TV. We thought service like this had gone the way of the dinosaurs.

Guys got in and out. They were a bit late because of traffic but nothing too serious. Would have liked better cable management or a cable management option to purchase.
