Excellent installation of an LG OLED 65" with an LG soundbar system in our primary bedroom. Crew was on time and very professional.

The installers from best Buy arrived on time and took down my upstairs TV from the wall mount, installed my 55" downstairs TV upstairs on the wall mount and set up my new 65" lg and connected everything to working order in less then 90 minutes. I was impressed. There was no doubt they knew what they were doing.

I was REALLY impressed with the Geek Squads installation of my new TV. We spoke about what I was looking to accomplish and they made very good suggestions. Once it was up on the wall, I was very happy with their suggestions and it was clear they had done a million of these.

The Geek Squad did a great job with installing my 85" TV. They mounted the tv on my wall and ran the electricals behind the wall. The team was thorough and clean.

The crew kept me posted with regards to my appointment time. They came in and set everything up perfectly. They took the time to explain what they were doing and suggested a better location for our soundbar. Would highly recommend.

Marcos handled everything! He delivered the tv, installed the mount, plugged everything in and made sure everything worked. He even cleaned everything up when he was done. He then took the time to patiently and pleasantly instruct these senior citizens on how to use all the new technology and equipment.

Make sure to get the Geek Squad and not their 3rd party group to do the Mount/install. The job was done so poorly I had to have the Geek Squad come another day to fix what was wrong or let undone!

The geek squad tech was amazing at installing my new TV. He asked my opinion about placement etc! Very efficient and cleaned up the mess! FANTASTIC JOB!!

Geek Squad employees was great and very nice. They were promptly on time and did not take very long at all. They removed and replaced a old tv bracket and mounted my new 65 inch tv…..Thanks Geek Squad.

the agents connected all the devices and got the tv running well. The only problem, connected to sound bar I cannot use the tv sound system. should be able to do this.

Excellent installation of my 55 inch wall mount TV.

I had a bad TV, so I had to have a 2nd delivery. Both times the agents worked fast and professionally. The second time they stayed to help diagnose an audio problem between the TV and my receiver. Very happy with the service and much easier than trying to take home and setup a 75" TV by yourself.

Geek Squad removed my old TV and mounted the new Samsung 65" TV. They also hauled away the old TV. They did a great job. Good quality work and very professional. The technicians were very professional and courteous.

The gentlemen that came out to my house did a great job, so professional and made sure it was to my expectations before leaving. I wish they could always be the ones to install any of my items I need installed from bestbuy
