The agents mounted my 2 tv's on the wall in a good fashion

The young man that installed our tv today did an amazing job! I expected them to come late but they were early and with a great attitude. Also called before they came and was respectful. Did a great job all together. He definitely deserves a raise!

The mounting was efficient and beautiful. hangs nicely. It would be nice if the installer could have helped me set up streaming for paramount +(which I have) and nbc peacock (which i want)

I scheduled my TV to be mounted. The guys that came by were professional and did a great job. They even called me a few days early and offered to install it early. I was available so I accepted the earlier appointment. Too bad the Cell phone repair appointment wasn’t as great.

The guys got the job done: hung my tv mount , television. hooked up my blue ray and soundbar , so i did not have to program anything. This was good. Not so good... my TV is off center. I specifically asked to center the TV over the storage bench below. i figured that they have to center TV's all the time and it would be easy for them to be accurate, but, after they left and I sat down to watch my TV , i noticed that the TV was not centered over the storage bench. To have the TV centered over my storage bench, i had to push it over by atleast 4 inches, Now the storage bench is too close to my entry way table and I wanted the entryway table and the storage bench to be as far apart from each other as possible. So , this is annoying and did not have to happen, but now I am stuck with this, unless i want to pay them to come out again and make more holes in my drywall re-centering my TV. Disappointed

On time and very professional, cleaned up after and fast

I loved the customer service and the same goes for the product.

The new TV (55") was easy to have installed with this wall mount. The mount was connected to the studs and then the TV was easily slide on the mount to center it. The TV is very close to the wall.

The Agent (Nash Smallwood) and his partner installed my wall mount TV quickly and efficiently. They work together very well as a team and didn't seem bothered with me watching over their shoulder. I learned a lot. Very polite and considerate. On a scale of 1-5 I'll give them 15

Great experience with the tech and helper. Tech was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to mounting. Cables connected in right places with enough length to spare .Just need time to learn the remote but I can do it.

Called Best Buy to fix a TV install done incorrectly and as a severe fire hazard from Task Rabbit. Don’t ever use TR for anything electrical.

I called a schedule to move our TV and hook up the sound bar and dvd. The contracted agents got here and were very professional, but only had instructions to move the TV. It was a little frustrating that information wasnt relayed correctly. They were very apologetic but said they didn't have time to do anything else that was requested.

This is the entry level for Sony OLED and it does not disappoint. No complaints after owning and upgrading several TV's. For me, Sony outshines them all in terms of menus, cosmetics and overall value. This is a very sharp TV picture!

The mount was a gift for my parents along with the TV they picked out.

Agent showed up alone but was very capable and managed the task very well. Put a new TV on an older wall mounting without too much trouble. Helped us with many features of the new TV. Jarell, from the Signal Hill store, was a very good representative for your company

I cannot review this item. When they came to mount my tv, it would not work with my electrical outlet behind the tv. (Mine sticks out from the wall, is, is not recessed like most.). The technician had another on the truck, so it was switched out....at a higher price of course. But I had no problem returning it to the store.

Guys showed up on time did a great job setting up new tv and they were very friendly individuals.
